Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 3 days after receipt, provided you have a valid and substantiated reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 3 days to return your product.
You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, excluding shipping costs.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be complete;

be in its original, undamaged packaging;

show no signs of use.
Products that have been used or show damage are not eligible for return.
All returns must be registered in advance via email.
3. Depreciation Due to Use
If the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, Tim’s Darts Corner reserves the right to charge depreciation.
This depreciation may amount to up to 100% of the purchase price if the product can no longer be sold as new.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The costs for return shipping are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipments must always be sent with a track and trace service. The tracking code must always be shared with the webshop owner(s) via the email address info@timsdartscorner.com
, stating the invoice or order number.
Tim's Darts Corner is not responsible for damage to or loss of return shipments during transport.
5. Exceptions
Products that are custom-made or personalized (for example personalized darts or requests that require a personal specification) cannot be returned.
6. Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Tim's Darts Corner will refund the due order amount within 30 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good condition.
You must include the invoice and order confirmation in the return package.
