General Terms and Conditions – Tim’s Darts Corner

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Tim's Darts Corner and to every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

3. The Offer

All offers are non-binding.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Tim's Darts Corner.
Product images are a truthful representation of the products offered

4. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set out therein..

5. Right of Withdrawal (Right of Return)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

During this cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.
The product must be returned unused and – if reasonably possible – in its original packaging.

6. Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the costs of return shipping shall be borne by the consumer.

Tim's Darts Corner will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

  • that have been created by Tim's Darts Corner in accordance with the consumer’s specifications;

  • that are clearly personal in nature (e.g. personalized dart barrels or accessories);

  • that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and of which the seal has been broken.

8. The Price

During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the products offered will not be increased.

All prices on the webshop include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

9. Delivery and Execution

Tim's Darts Corner shall exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders.

Delivery will take place at the address provided by the consumer.

The indicated delivery times are indicative and exceeding them does not entitle the consumer to compensation.

10. Payment

The consumer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to Tim's Darts Corner.

11. Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within a reasonable period of a maximum of 14 days via info@timsdartscorner.com

Tim's Darts Corner will respond to complaints within 14 days.

12. Disputes

Agreements between Tim's Darts Corner and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply shall be exclusively governed by Dutch law.
