Careful Packaging & Delivery

The products are then securely packaged using appropriate protective packaging materials, including internal protective wrapping, based on the nature and fragility of the product, in order to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

During the packaging process, consideration is given to factors such as shock resistance, pressure load, and movement that may occur during transport and distribution. This is intended to ensure that your order is delivered in optimal condition.

Each shipment is handled with the utmost care and prepared for dispatch before being handed over to the postal or delivery service.

The customer is required to inspect the delivered order immediately upon receipt for any visible defects or transport damage. Any damage, inaccuracies, or incomplete deliveries must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt via info@timsdartscorner.com

If damage or defects are not reported within the specified period of 24 hours, Tim’s Darts Corner cannot guarantee that a damage claim with the carrier can be processed.

Once your order has been handed over to the postal or delivery service, responsibility for the delivery lies with the respective carrier. Tim’s Darts Corner is not responsible for delays in delivery, failure to deliver (on time), or any errors resulting from the services provided by postal or delivery companies.

Delivery & Transport Damage
